Global Head of Controls Chief Technology Office
The GCIO Chief Control Office (CCO) team plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. We do this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high-quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end-to-end control reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risks and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management.
In this role, you will join a growing team to partner with the HSBC Chief Technology Office (CTO) to ensure delivery of risk-based, strategic outcomes globally, including informing and advising on relevant risk and control issues, initiatives, and updates impacting the Group.
You will be a leader within the GCIO Chief Control Office (GCIO CCO) function supporting the CTO within HSBC.
This is a global role, responsible for supporting CTO activities, driving cultural change, and delivering robust risk management practices and control governance across GCIO to ensure transparency and clarity of CTO risk management across all regions and entities.
