Job summary

Croud is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits (US & EMEA) to own our total rewards framework, benefits and payroll operations across global markets. Reporting to the CPO, you will shape strategic frameworks, ensure governance and drive equitable reward practices.

You will lead job architecture, benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive design while overseeing payroll accuracy and cross-border compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards leadership.
• Experience designing global or multi-market compensation frameworks.
• Experience managing US and EMEA compensation and benefits.
• Knowledge of market benchmarking, pay structures and incentive design.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll and reward technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern market-competitive salary structures, bonus schemes, and incentive programs across EMEA and US markets.
• Lead RFP processes and contract negotiations to consolidate multi-market benefits and vendors.
• Execute final checks and approvals on payroll submissions and manage third-party payroll providers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US/EMEA payroll, tax and employment law; ensure compliance.
