Job Description:

The role of Global Head of Claims Strategy & Execution is a senior position, reporting to the Global Head of Claims. The team member will be involved in all aspects of claims strategy across three pillars – organize, commercialize, and digitize. The Global Head will be part of Willis’ Global Claims Leadership Team and will collaborate with Regional Claims Leaders and key stakeholders in WTW’s Carrier Management, Placement, Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources groups.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of Willis’ claims strategy
• Monitor industry developments to inform strategy
• Lead initiatives supporting the strategy
• Provide leadership for project teams to ensure successful implementation
• Manage and report on claims metrics and standards
• Develop and oversee claims-related budgets with WTW Finance
• Oversee claims-related thought leadership, marketing, and press activities
• Manage the Willis Claims Carrier & Adjuster Relationship Program
• Represent Claims in strategic initiatives
• Coordinate with HR, Technology, Platforms, Data, and Finance teams to align claims strategy and goals
