Job summary

OLIVER in London seeks a Global Head of Analytics to lead a global practice of ~80 analysts across Europe, APAC, LATAM and North America. You will drive data-driven decisions, shape analytics method­ologies, and partner with Brandtech on AI-powered data products.

You’ll translate complex data into actionable stories for clients, lead a distributed team across time zones, and steer the analytics revenue line toward sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in analytics, data strategy or related fields.
• Proven ability to build and scale global analytics teams.
• Track record of growing revenue and commercialising data insights.
• Experience launching data products or insight tools with technology partners.
• Deep knowledge of marketing analytics including performance measurement and social listening.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global analytics practice with ~80 analysts and experts.
• Drive analytics revenue growth and expand client relationships.
• Partner on data products and Gen AI capabilities with Brandtech Group.
• Embed AI-powered insight into client workflows and scale governance.
• Present strategic data-led recommendations to C-suite and boards.
