Fremantle is seeking a Senior role to champion the creative use of AI across its international development and production teams. You will work with territories and labels, identifying promising ideas and connecting teams to build on each other’s work.

You’ll report to the Global Head of Entertainment and share global learnings to drive AI-enabled content development. You’ll lead the Production AI network, enable access to ideas, and drive demonstrations and showcases across territories.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in television, film or media development/production.
• Practical knowledge of AI and its use in development/production.
• Experience building trusted relationships with creative and production teams across international territories.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with development/production teams across territories and labels to understand creative ambitions and AI usage.
• Meet teams on territory visits to discover ideas, experiments and opportunities for collaboration.
• Maintain regular contact to track new developments, learning and successes.
• Connect colleagues exploring similar ideas and facilitate introductions for collaboration.
• Champion opportunities for AI content development by sharing relevant examples and collaborators with territory teams.
• Help teams apply central AI guidance while respecting local ownership and delivery responsibilities.
