Job summary

Salesforce in London is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to join our Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice. You will plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness across PE firms and portfolio companies.

Based in London, the role requires US East Coast hours for the majority of the week, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 20-30% for events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, ideally across multiple countries.
• Proven track record of executing high-touch executive campaigns and multi-channel field programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute global Private Equity engagements annually including World Tours and flagship events.
• Lead Private Equity and Portfolio dinners in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Drive registration, attendance, and engagement goals for each event.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and ROI tracking.
