Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager for the Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice. Based in London, you’ll plan and optimize field marketing programs to build pipeline, engage customers, and raise brand awareness among top Private Equity firms and portfolio companies.

The role requires US East Coast hours most of the week and travel up to 20–30%. You’ll collaborate with relationships managers, executive marketing, product marketing, and external partners to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience across multiple countries.
• Experience executing high-touch executive campaigns and multi-channel field programs.
• Strong project management with ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and understanding pipeline metrics.
• Willingness to work US East Coast hours for the majority of the week and travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute global PE engagements including Value Creation Days across locations.
• Organize Private Equity and Portfolio dinners with key stakeholders.
• Leverage World Tours for portfolio and PE activations.
• Coordinate with Salesforce executives and industry events.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: strategy, budgeting, vendors, logistics, follow-up.
