Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager for its Private Equity & VC practice in London. You will plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness among top Private Equity Firms and their portfolio companies.

Based in London, you will collaborate across traditional and digital channels, including elite events and executive dinners, with US East Coast hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience across multiple countries.
• Proven track record of executing high-touch executive campaigns and multi-channel field programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute global Private Equity engagements and events.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: strategy, budgeting, vendors, logistics, follow-up.
• Own website presence, webinars, and digital engagement aligned to campaigns.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, StratOps, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Marketing.
• Track marketing-influenced pipeline and ROI metrics.
