Job summary

DWF Law LLP in Manchester is seeking a senior marketing and business development professional to lead growth across our Energy & Climate Global Market Group, working with senior leaders and Client Relationship Partners to shape and deliver strategic initiatives.

You will develop client-focused, multi-jurisdictional campaigns, manage key client accounts, and collaborate with Brand, Communications and Digital teams to maximise ROI across an international client base.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering BD strategies.
• Strong experience designing B2B marketing campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Strong client focus with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrable project management across multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness of business drivers and client needs.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to work across teams and geographies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the business development and marketing strategy for the Global Market Group.
• Partner with Market Group Leaders and Client Relationship Partners to pursue growth opportunities.
• Lead multi-jurisdictional campaigns to raise market profile and generate opportunities.
• Support growth plans for Global Key Clients as Account Manager where required.
• Represent DWF at external events and build client relationships.
• Manage Market Group budgets and support business planning.
• Collaborate with Brand, Communications and Digital teams on integrated campaigns.
• Monitor activity, outcomes and ROI and report findings.
• Contribute to wider Marketing & BD projects and initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members where appropriate.
