Job summary

Revolt, part of Anthesis, is seeking a Global New Business Director to drive growth across UK, Europe and the US. You will build and convert a robust pipeline, foster senior relationships, and lead the agency's new business strategy while shaping marketing initiatives to raise Revolt's profile.

The role requires strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in winning major opportunities across markets. Based in London, UK, permanent full-time.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business development, agency growth, marketing services or related field.
• Proven track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of brand, marketing, communications and reputation-building disciplines.
• Experience leading complex pitches, proposals and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Revolt's global new business strategy to achieve growth targets.
• Build and nurture a strong prospect and opportunity pipeline.
• Develop and execute tailored business development strategies across sectors and budgets.
• Lead RFQs, proposals and pitch processes.
• Foster senior stakeholder relationships including C-suite executives.
• Drive opportunities from outreach to conversion and client handover.
• Maintain pipeline reporting and CRM management (HubSpot).
• Monitor market trends and inform sales strategy; report KPIs.
• Represent new business in the senior leadership team and contribute to planning.
