Job summary

Trainline is seeking an experienced Head of Group Reporting for a 6-month contract. You will own IFRS annual and half-year statements, lead external audits, and oversee subsidiary accounts across UK and international entities.

You will act as the technical accounting authority, drive complex judgements, and partner with treasury, legal, and CoSec on reporting controls and policy development. Hybrid UK role with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in a listed business.
• Strong IFRS expertise and technical accounting grounding.
• Proven people management and multi-disciplinary leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group's IFRS annual and half-year statements and annual report.
• Lead year-end and half-year external audits end-to-end and present Audit Committee papers.
• Oversee subsidiary statutory accounts for UK and international entities.
• Own cashflow forecasting and provide liquidity insights to CFO and Board.
