Job summary

Sokin is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead regional PMs within the Send domain, shaping product strategy for multiple markets and driving growth. You’ll own regional outcomes, manage licensing discovery for new markets, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Banking Partnerships to enter territories.

You’ll build a high‑performing team, set a clear direction, and partner with the Product Director and executives to align plans with commercial expansion goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a PM team across multiple regions and domains.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end product strategy and roadmaps.
• Commercially literate with impact on revenue and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers spanning multiple regions.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for your regions.
• Support licensing discovery for new markets with Legal, Compliance and Banking Partnerships.
• Coordinate across squads to ensure coherence and avoid duplication.
• Represent the Send domain at leadership level and defend your strategy.
