Job summary

Trespass, a Glasgow-based outdoor brand, is seeking a Group Financial Controller to own UK reporting, group consolidation and financial control across expanding international entities. The role includes leading a finance team and driving major systems transformation, while partnering with senior Directors to shape commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in a large or multi-entity business.
• Experience in preparing monthly management accounts and close processes.
• Experience in group consolidation and multi-currency reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts for the parent company and UK division.
• Lead month-end close and support entity accounts preparation.
• Oversee international subsidiary reporting and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Manage group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and currency translation.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaison with UK and overseas auditors.
• Support overseas entity setup, tax compliance and transfer pricing arrangements.
