Job summary

Drayton, a leading UK food business, is seeking a senior finance leader to shape the future finance function and drive transformation. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead a high-performing team, influence strategic decisions, and play a central role in a wider finance transformation programme.

You will manage Group reporting, consolidations, statutory accounts and audit delivery while strengthening controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience within large, complex, multi-entity or multinational organisations.
• Strong background in Group reporting, controls, audit and governance.
• Exposure to treasury, cash flow and working capital management.
• Track record of finance transformation, ERP implementation or process improvement.
• Credible, collaborative leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
