Job summary

Evotec is seeking a Senior Grant Management Specialist to lead and expand our grant portfolio. You will manage European, North American and Asian funding schemes, write competitive applications, and brief senior staff on opportunities.

The role requires coordinating with researchers across Evotec sites in Europe and the USA, and willingness to travel internationally. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in natural or medical sciences (PhD ideal) and has several years of grant management experience

Qualifications

Several years of grant management experience with a track record of advising on funding applications.
Ability to write grant applications in English.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Experience with funding organisations across Europe, North America and Asia.
Strong networking and relationship-building across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Develop a thorough understanding of European, North American and Asian key funding schemes and their application processes.
Expand Evotec's global network of funders and work directly with funding organisations.
Seek, evaluate, and brief senior staff on novel grant opportunities.
Support Evotec researchers in preparing competitive grant applications.
Lead the review and development of grant management processes and procedures.
Work across Evotec sites in Europe and the USA.
