Job summary

Gregory Walker Associates seeks a data and analytics leader to own the FSQR agenda across food safety, quality and regulatory risk. You will shape metrics, dashboards and predictive analytics, partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, R&D, Regulatory, Risk and IT to drive meaningful action.

You will oversee a small team, champion data governance, and work across Unilab, LIMS, Salesforce and QMS platforms to improve data integrity and decision-making in a complex, international

Qualifications

• Significant experience within data, analytics, business intelligence or performance management.
• Experience gained within FMCG, food manufacturing, manufacturing or another highly regulated environment.
• Strong experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards and senior-level performance reporting.
• The ability to translate large or complex datasets into clear commercial and operational recommendations.
• An understanding of food safety, quality, compliance or regulatory risk - ideally within a manufacturing or Supply Chain environment.
• Experience owning or implementing specialist quality, laboratory or business systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge senior colleagues using evidence and data.
• Previous people-management experience.
• Experience operating within a large, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the global FSQR KPI and performance framework across safety, quality, compliance and risk.
• Design and continuously improve dashboards and reporting for senior leaders.
• Turn complex data into actionable insights to drive early risk identification and performance improvements.
• Monitor global food safety indicators and identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop predictive and statistical analytics for proactive risk identification.
• Lead analysis of consumer and market complaints related to food safety and quality.
• Own FSQR platforms including Unilab, LIMS, QMS and Salesforce; support FSQR technology selection and implementation.
• Improve data integrity, system adoption and integration across the supply chain.
