Job summary

Refresco UK seeks a Food Safety Quality Management System Lead to own the FSQMS, ensuring robust governance and compliance across all UK manufacturing sites. You will work with the Head of Quality Assurance to meet customer and GFSI requirements and lead documentation control, audits and CAPA processes.

The role requires a detail-oriented quality professional with strong systems management experience and a passion for continuous improvement and food safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Food Safety Quality Management Systems in food manufacturing.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GFSI standards and external certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FSQMS design, governance and documentation across UK sites.
• Oversight of audits, CAPA, and compliance reporting.
• Develop KPIs and monitor FSQMS performance and action plans.
• Deliver training on FSQMS requirements and document control processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality governance and systems.
