Job summary

CPL Aromas in the UK is seeking an HR professional to deliver essential HR support for local employees and line managers. You will work with the global HR team to ensure processes are followed and CPL remains an employer of choice.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment using SuccessFactors, onboarding, general HR activities, and monthly HR reporting. The role requires a degree in HR and at least 3 years’ multinational HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR.
• 3+ years HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment end-to-end support using SuccessFactors and interview coordination.
• Onboarding coordination and Right to Work checks.
• Handle first-level HR enquiries and maintain personnel records.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and payroll inputs.
