Job summary

Tate & Lyle in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Group FP&A Senior Manager to own the planning and reporting cycle, reporting to the Group FP&A Director. You will partner with regional finance and supply chain teams to derive actionable insights and build robust financial models for multiple scenarios.

Lead and develop a cross-geo team, present key findings to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes in a fast‑paced, technology‑enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills to convey highly complex, commercially sensitive information.
• Ability to solve highly complex problems requiring strategic thinking and new solutions.
• Expert knowledge in FP&A and related practices.
• Experience leading and developing a team across multiple geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning or reporting process for Group FP&A and develop financial analysis on patterns, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for different scenarios.
• Prepare financial reports and present essential information to senior leadership with clear visuals.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Compensation & Benefits and corporate affairs to support key deliverables.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and promote continuous development.
• Stay up-to-date on FP&A best practices and drive process optimisation.
