Job summary

Walker Hamill is collaborating with an international group to appoint a Group FP&A Manager. The role coordinates the planning process from liquidity forecasting to long-term projections to support corporate planning and transactions such as M&A and refinancing.

The successful candidate will analyse drivers of trading performance, cost management, Capex deployment and KPIs to create forward-looking action plans for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A at an international group preferred.
• Exposure to M&A, JVs and refinancing advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support on all Group and Board reporting.
• Manage the forecast and planning processes and deliverables for Executive and Board.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and scenario analysis to identify insights.
• Support transaction activity including refinancing, acquisitions, divestitures and JVs; assist in articulating Group strategy.
• Develop and embed a new planning and reporting tool for connected planning.
