Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) seeks a Finance Manager - Global Seats (US) to lead FP&A, reporting, and strategic finance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will guide forecasting, budgeting, and analytics across US plant controllers and corporate finance in a global, remote/hybrid setting.

The role leads a distributed team, providing data-driven insights to optimize cost, margin, inventory, and working capital while driving process improvements and AI-enabled forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or financial management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing remote or multi-site teams across complex financial functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with executive audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with financial systems, BI platforms, and large data sets for scalable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional and consolidated division monthly financial reporting (P&L, working capital).
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews with the executive team and translate data into insights.
• Develop and manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling processes.
• Advance analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled forecasting to improve accuracy.
• Act as a financial advisor to operations and commercial teams to drive performance.
• Support month-end close activities and variance analysis with Plant Controllers worldwide.
• Standardize data definitions and improve data quality in collaboration with IT and finance.
