Job description

The Global Foreign Exchange (FX) Services Sales team is responsible for selling and managing FX solutions for institutional investors worldwide. As experts in both Custody and FX, the team offers comprehensive insights into the entire operating model for clients, addressing all client and prospective client inquiries related to the FX product range. This includes aspects such as pricing and execution, product management, technical sales, and relationship management, with a primary focus on crafting tailored client solutions. The team manages existing FX relationships and delivers performance reviews emphasizing execution, risk management, mitigation, strategic FX solutions, and the overall FX value proposition. Additionally, the team provides clients with insights into industry trends, market updates, and regulatory changes.

As a Sales Data Analyst within the EMEA FX Services Sales Team, your role involves creating and managing data and analytics solutions to support the global sales team. Your performance will be assessed based on your ability to identify prospecting opportunities from data and develop innovative insights and analyses that demonstrate our product's effectiveness to clients. You will collaborate closely with FX Services Data Specialists to develop new data tools and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze client and market data from various sources to identify sales opportunities and share insights with the global sales team.
• Collaborate with sales teams to analyze client data and showcase the product suite during client pitches.
• Support the development of data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to clients.
• Work with FX Services Data Specialists to design and implement new data tools and solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality control measures.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, etc.
• Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or QlikSense.
• Ability to create and manage data tools and analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
