The Global Flagship In-Store Visual Merchandiser Mission:
As the ultimate brand & product experience gatekeeper in store, you will elevate the A&M brand and product experience in line with our core values & mission.
How you'll drive success:
- Inspire and test the visual experience of merchandising through creative display and styling, in-line with brand direction.
- Partner with our Area Management and Merchandising teams to drive consistency and commercial success across our stores.
- Responsible for strategic visual merchandising execution of the store, considering the elevation of the overall customer experience, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all VM decisions.
- Collaborate with the in-store management team to plan and coordinate displays.
- Partner and collaborate with our VM team to align our VM with our brand mission and story.
- Assist in the installation of new windows and concepts.
- Analyse sales data to make informed display decisions and optimise product placement.
- Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries for incoming key products.
- Nurture and develop unforgettable experiences with customers and your team through leading by example, observation, and in-moment coaching.
- Contribute to the success of the store by being a team player and living by our core values and mission.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
- Life Story & Values - a 30-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other better, based on our three core values.
- SWOT Task - present a SWOT analysis of the store you're applying to and a competitor store to our Global Flagship Store Manager and VM Manager in person.
- In-Store Experience Interview - experience life as an In-Store Visual Merchandiser in an A&M store with our Global Flagship Store Manager.
