Location: Carnaby, London.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

The Global Flagship In-Store Visual Merchandiser Mission:

As the ultimate brand & product experience gatekeeper in store, you will elevate the A&M brand and product experience in line with our core values & mission.

How you'll drive success:
  1. Inspire and test the visual experience of merchandising through creative display and styling, in-line with brand direction.
  2. Partner with our Area Management and Merchandising teams to drive consistency and commercial success across our stores.
  3. Responsible for strategic visual merchandising execution of the store, considering the elevation of the overall customer experience, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all VM decisions.
  4. Collaborate with the in-store management team to plan and coordinate displays.
  5. Partner and collaborate with our VM team to align our VM with our brand mission and story.
  6. Assist in the installation of new windows and concepts.
  7. Analyse sales data to make informed display decisions and optimise product placement.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries for incoming key products.
  9. Nurture and develop unforgettable experiences with customers and your team through leading by example, observation, and in-moment coaching.
  10. Contribute to the success of the store by being a team player and living by our core values and mission.

  3. VM experience in a flagship store or a passion for customer experience and visual merchandising, with proven ability to create compelling and innovative displays.

  6. You are always seeking better ways to do things and are naturally curious about your work and conversations.
The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
  1. Life Story & Values - a 30-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other better, based on our three core values.
  2. SWOT Task - present a SWOT analysis of the store you're applying to and a competitor store to our Global Flagship Store Manager and VM Manager in person.
  3. In-Store Experience Interview - experience life as an In-Store Visual Merchandiser in an A&M store with our Global Flagship Store Manager.
