Job summary

Coolabah Capital Investments is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Global team in London, supporting settlement, trade processing, and regulatory reporting. Reporting to the Global Middle Office lead, this is a permanent, full-time role based in the City of London.

We value strong analytical skills, experience with industry-standard systems, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund or custody operations or middle office.
• Proficiency with daily cash, positions and trade reconciliations.
• Experience with regulatory reporting processes and tools (DTCC, MiFID, EMIR).
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA or coding/AI for automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Global trade processing and settlements for fixed income and derivatives.
• Perform daily cash, positions and trade reconciliations across asset classes.
• Carry out collateral reconciliations including margin calls and movements.
• Onboard clients and set up new accounts; support regulatory reporting timelines.
• Maintain data integrity and support handovers between Coolabah locations.
