Qualifications

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Responsibilities
- Configure applications to meet customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues with application installations.
- Perform health checks and proactively monitor installations.
Skills
Technical proficiency in electronic trading systems
Experience with tcpdump and/or Wireshark
Understanding Ethernet, IP, TCP, and UDP
Experience with Protocol Decoders
System tuning using kernel boot parameters
Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
Ability to read log files
Editing XML, JSON, ENV files
Understanding of REST APIs and web-based systems
Strong research, writing and communication skills
