Coventry University Group is recruiting a Senior Finance Performance Partner based in Coventry to join our Global Finance team. You will implement, monitor and review the group’s financial strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to align financial planning with corporate objectives.

This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and commercial finance to support growth and resource optimisation, with a strong emphasis on financial literacy and sustainability across our campuses.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in accountancy and management accounting, and knowledge of what drives financial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to communicate at various levels.
• Experience providing business information and financial advice for commercial initiatives.
