Job summary

Coventry University is seeking a Senior Finance Performance Partner to join the Finance (CUCS) team in Coventry. You will own and monitor budgeting, forecasting and risk management, aligning financial strategies with the Group’s objectives and providing commercial financial guidance.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence decisions at senior levels. You will hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience, with

Qualifications

Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent work experience.
Substantial experience in accountancy with knowledge of management and financial accounting.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and provide financial information and advice.

Responsibilities

Oversee budgeting, forecasting and risk management processes.
Provide financial guidance to support strategic planning and commercial decisions.
Monitor financial performance and align strategies with the group targets.
Work with senior management to enhance financial literacy and accountability.
