Job summary

M&G is seeking a data-driven financial crime, risk or data analytics professional to strengthen the Group's financial crime risk management framework through data‑driven oversight and reporting. The role sits within the 2LoD Global Financial Crime Compliance PRAGMA team, providing exposure to senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Business Units and Technology.

The successful candidate will own the Group financial crime KRI framework, helping to define, monitor and report key risk metrics

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime data and risk reporting.
• Knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery and customer due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain the M&G Group framework for financial crime KRIs and risk tolerances.
• Define financial crime KRIs to enable risk appetite statement monitoring tolerances.
• Monitor financial crime KRIs and execute reporting of KRIs.
• Coordinate with 1LoD/2LoD teams to resolve data issues and data inaccuracies.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to enhance financial crime processes and controls.
