Job summary

The-TEAM is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Global Finance Transformation portfolio, delivering governance, prioritisation and delivery oversight across complex finance technology initiatives. You’ll work with Finance and Accounting leaders, technology teams and cross-functional partners to turn strategic priorities into tangible programmes and roadmaps.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience delivering complex technical programmes within finance.
Experience with ERP systems and Workday preferred.
PRINCE2 or equivalent certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the Global Finance Transformation portfolio with clear visibility of priorities, timelines, dependencies, resources, risks and portfolio health.
Establish and maintain consistent project intake, prioritisation, planning and governance, translating priorities into programmes and roadmaps.
Lead complex Finance technology initiatives through planning, implementation and stabilisation across functional and technical teams.
Build effective project governance with integrated plans, RAID logs, steering meetings and executive updates.
Partner with Functional Systems Administration, Business Process Management and other stakeholders to align scope and priorities and improve delivery practices.
