Job summary

Nord Anglia Education, with London as its global HQ, seeks a Finance Systems Implementation Manager to own end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central deployments across multiple schools and central teams.

You will lead functional/technical BC delivery, manage data migrations, and coordinate with finance, IT, and partners to roll out BC solutions efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Business Central (BC) – functional and technical.
• Experience leading end-to-end BC implementations across multiple projects.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation lifecycle for multiple BC projects (impact analysis to go-live).
• Provide hands-on BC expertise including SQL data migration and automation tools.
• Own delivery planning, risk management and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with finance, IT and external partners to ensure successful rollouts.
• Interface with dependent integrations (e.g. iSAMS) for coordinated outcomes.
• Develop and deliver BC implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Engage with school teams, regional and partner networks for progress updates.
• Prepare and present structured documentation to stakeholders.
• Establish and refine best-practice BC standards across projects.
