Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with 8+ years PQ experience.
• Strong cash flow analysis and working capital knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and interrogation skills.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration across functions.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial analysis clearly.
• Detail-oriented with initiative and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations reporting for Godiva and Global Brands.
• Coordinate planning and forecasting from Net Sales to EBITDA.
• Lead consolidation efforts and develop reports, analytical tools and trend analysis.
• Support regional finance teams with analytics and insights.
• Monitor HQ cost centers and manage recharge processes to regions.
• Develop budgeting processes and participate in strategic projects.
