The Global Finance Reporting Lead is responsible for 3 areas Overseeing Godiva’s end-to-end financial operations and helping ensure that effective business decisions are made. This includes understanding and reporting on business performance to drive improvements and standardization, evaluating project business cases, and coordinating Godiva’s planning and forecasting processes from Net Sales to EBITDA. Leading commercial finance processes for Godiva and Global Brands, including innovation and pricing architecture. This role provides clear visibility into product performance by preparing monthly regional and consolidated reports for the Godiva and Global Commercial Leadership Teams. Managing two Global HQ cost centers, including monitoring monthly spending, reporting financial results, and initiating the recharge process to regional teams in a fair and transparent manner. This position reports to the Vice President Finance, Commercial and GODIVA and the role holder will have responsibility for delivering key forecasting, reporting and commercial activities. Our remit covers all Godiva and other pladis regions and we deal with many senior stakeholders. This role is aimed at developing, coordinating, and ensuring quality reporting and insightful financial and commercial analysis across the business to give us a deep understanding of performance and be able to give insight to help drive the business forward.
