Job summary

British American Tobacco (BAT) invites graduates to join its Global Graduate Programme in Finance in London. Over 18 months, you'll rotate through three finance functions and gain hands-on experience in forecasting, performance tracking, business partnering, and revenue and marketing analysis.

A dedicated coach and mentor, plus access to the International Grad Academy, will support your development as you work with a global BAT network and shape commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with an undergraduate or Masters degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• English fluency (both written and spoken).
• Leadership demonstrated through either professional experience or extra-curricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting.
• Analysis of financial data and turning insights into recommendations.
• Partnering with commercial teams on business decisions.
• Contributing to cross-functional Finance projects.
• Working in growth capabilities, unlocking insights from revenue to marketing to help shape the business.
