Global Fashion Sales Agents – Luxury Indian Brand (International B2B Expansion | July 2025 & Beyond)

Location: Worldwide (Freelance / Commission-Based / Country-Specific Agents)

Duration: Immediate – July 2025 (with potential for ongoing collaboration)

Compensation: Commission per order + Completion Fee (Open to negotiation based on market potential)

Dusala is a luxury Indian brand celebrating craftsmanship through a curated line of handwoven Pashmina shawls, blended Pashmina-silk stoles, Kani jackets, artisanal winterwear, and freshwater pearl jewelry — all ethically crafted by master artisans in Kashmir.

With a successful footprint in India and select global markets, we are now seeking dynamic, well-networked fashion sales agents across key international regions to expand our B2B presence globally.

We’re building a global sales network of freelance fashion agents and market connectors who can:

️ Set up 5–10 qualified meetings with:

• Luxury department store buyers

• High-end concept stores and lifestyle retailers

️ Represent Dusala in your local/regional market — virtually or in-person at relevant trade shows, pop-ups, or private previews (PURE London, Who’s Next Paris, White Milan, Coterie NYC, etc.)

️ Coordinate B2B buyer engagement — from lead generation to order closure

️ Leverage your retail/wholesale network to bring Dusala’s handmade products into relevant stores, especially those focused on slow fashion, sustainability, and global craft

️ Collaborate directly with our in-house team (including UMA) for product training, pricing, lookbooks, samples, and global fulfillment

️ Explore a long-term partnership if the collaboration proves successful

We're actively looking for agents in:

• United Kingdom (London, Manchester, Edinburgh)
• France (Paris, Lyon)
• UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi)
• Italy (Milan, Florence)
• Japan (Tokyo, Osaka)
• Singapore & Southeast Asia
• Russia, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Australia — and beyond.

Ideal Collaborator Profile:

• Based in your country’s fashion/luxury hub

• Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus)

• Existing relationships with retail buyers, multi-brand stores, or trade show circuits

• Experience in luxury fashion sales, showroom representation, or wholesale buying

• Passion for handcrafted, ethical, and narrative-driven fashion

• Comfortable working independently and on commission-based models
