Job summary

VML Live on London’s WPP network is hiring a Senior Partnership Manager to lead activation for major F1 partnerships. You will work with the brand team, regional markets and internal partners to deliver best-in-class sponsorship activations and projects.

Based at our Sea Containers/Blackfriars office, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, manage client expectations, and seek growth opportunities across the portfolio, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex and creative content projects.
• Account management experience, ideally global or sports sponsorships.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage budgets/briefs.
• Proven multi-project coordination across regions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior member guiding the client with solutions-driven focus.
• Lead development and delivery of complex creative content for F1 partnerships.
• Collaborate with brand teams, regional clients and internal teams on activation plans.
• Manage partnerships with the core client, regions and end markets.
• Coordinate multiple projects with high efficiency and clear timelines.
• Build strong relationships with the F1 team to foster creativity and problem solving.
• Demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Support the Account Director with client and F1 reporting; drive growth opportunities.
