VML is seeking an Experimentation Operations Coordinator to manage and optimise global experimentation programs. You will ensure accurate planning, execution, and reporting across regional markets, acting as the bridge between strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project coordination tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience coordinating experiments, data collection, and reporting across regions.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day operations for market-specific experimentation roadmaps.
• Prepare and execute growth opportunities with regional considerations in mind.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and resources using Jira/Asana; ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Generate clear performance reports and share insights with stakeholders across regions.
• Maintain communication with client stakeholders and manage blockers with regional deployment awareness.
• Configure, launch, and support experimentation platforms and data measurement tooling.
