Job Description:

The Global Brand Studio is responsible for Global Experiential & Events EMEA, driving creator marketing experiential strategy and end-to-end event execution in the region.

  1. Responsibilities:
  2. Project management overseeing the end-to-end execution of various Public Policy experiences globally.
  3. Articulating TikTok brand vision from event ideation to completion, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to create exceptional experiences.
  4. Managing all event logistics including vendor management, invitations, catering, room blocks, staffing, transportation, security, asset creation, VIP management, and more.
  5. Handling daily communications, stakeholder meetings, asset tracking, and ensuring events are on schedule and within budget.
  6. Processing and negotiating financial and legal documents such as budgets, invoices, contracts, permits, and insurance certificates.
  7. Tracking post-event KPIs, preparing recap decks, wrap-up reports, and archiving projects.
  8. Creating and delivering leadership-facing event presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in an events-related role.
  • Based in London with the ability to travel 40% annually.
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of large-scale events and budgets.
  • Experience in Government Relations industry events is a plus.
  • Global experience is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
