Job summary

Axle Energy is expanding globally and seeking a strategic operator to drive international growth. You will assess new markets from first principles, model revenue per asset, and trial new propositions with startup-urgent speed.

The role combines policy analysis, commercial evaluation, and hands-on execution across partnerships, pilots, and market entry. Equity is part of totalComp, with a compensation range £75K–£200K and a flat organizational structure.

Qualifications

• Experience with international expansion strategy and market assessment.
• Ability to analyse policy, regulations, and market access dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Axle Energy's international expansion plans.
• Assess regulatory access and commercial value of new markets.
• Build partnerships with grid operators, utilities, and potential clients.
• Lead pilots and scale operations across markets.
