Qualifications

• Recent graduate, or graduating within the next 12 months, with a long-term career interest in executive search.

Responsibilities

• In-Office Commitment: five days a week during classroom training.
• Research — identify potential candidate archetypes with an understanding of company and market ecosystems, and build out target company lists.
• Pipeline Development — drive candidate outreach and generate a healthy pipeline for searches.
• Candidate & Data Integrity — manage the full candidate lifecycle over time and ensure data is captured and kept accurate on our Candidate Relationship System (CRM), Thrive.
• Client Updates — attend weekly update calls with the search team and client to report on search progress.
• Shadow — work closely with the search team and shadow them on calls and meetings to learn quickly.
