Job summary

Syneos Health in London is seeking an Executive Director, Clinical Business Development (Mid-size Accounts) to lead enterprise-level growth and global account strategy across the biopharmaceutical landscape.

You will identify high-impact opportunities, negotiate master service agreements (MSAs), and orchestrate cross-functional solution development while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver client-centric growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic sales, global business development, or client relationship management in life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in science or related field, plus extensive experience in clinical research and commercialization.
• MBA/PhD/MD degrees are a plus; travel to client locations required.
