The Global Events Specialist supports the IFS Global Events team in planning, coordinating, and executing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and managing event logistics to ensure seamless execution. The role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onsite logistics, staffing, and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate creative assets and track project timelines.
  • Support flagship events, maintain the global events calendar, and assist with initiatives like invite management and sponsorship delivery.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoicing, registration processes, and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for event-specific needs.
  • Ensure branding consistency and adherence to guidelines across events.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Event Marketing, Hospitality, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with event platforms like Cvent is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel as needed.
