Job summary

Volta is seeking a Global Estimating Manager to set the estimating standards and benchmarks behind every project. You will define should-cost models and bring cost certainty early in the execution cycle.

Collaborating with front-end planning, procurement and the controls function, you will benchmark costs, support negotiations and sharpen models across regions and delivery models.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating on data centre or major capital projects.
• Track record producing estimates for early and detailed project stages.
• Strong knowledge of MEP-heavy construction cost drivers.
• Experience building benchmarks and should-cost models.
• Commercial acumen and ability to support negotiations.
• Comfort working across European and US projects and time zones.

About The Role

The Global Estimating Manager owns how Volta prices what it builds. You will set the estimating standards and benchmarks behind every project baseline, giving the business cost certainty early – when it matters most.

Working closely with front-end planning, procurement and the wider controls function, you will build should-cost models for major packages, benchmark across the fleet, and make Volta a sharper buyer with every project.
