Job Description

Join the Equities Financial Reporting, Analysis & Control (FRAC) team within the Global Equities Product Control organization, part of Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Finance and Business Management (F&BM).

As a member of the FRAC team, you will play a crucial role in understanding, analyzing, and forecasting Global Equities RWA. The Equities business is a global leader, encompassing a diverse range of products, including equity derivatives, cash equity securities, prime brokerage, and clearing.

In this role, you will forecast RWA and communicate your findings to stakeholders. You will contribute to shaping the future direction of the team and promote a culture of change. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in designing and implementing innovative solutions.

This position offers an excellent foundation for understanding the business, while providing opportunities to collaborate with the business as you gain experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Forecast RWA for the Global Equities business, ensuring timely delivery for month-end, quarter-end, and budget cycles
  • Conduct process controls and analyze the RWA forecast, communicating results to stakeholders
  • Address queries and interact with Front Office, CIB Treasury Controllers, Financial Resource Management (FRM), and Product Controllers
  • Present RWA forecasts to key stakeholders
  • Identify and drive process improvements, ensuring all processes are robust, documented, and transparent
  • Assist in designing and implementing new solutions, particularly Intelligent Solutions leveraging Digital Accelerator tools (Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau
