Valpak is seeking an EPR Account Manager (Global) to support a portfolio of customers as the primary contact. You will ensure consistent communication, gather and submit data accurately, and identify opportunities to improve service. The role blends customer focus with data-driven problem solving in a busy team.

Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, you’ll work in a hybrid setup, liaising with UK and international stakeholders, and contribute to a sustainable environmental compliance program.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer focused approach and professional demeanor.
• Ability to quickly absorb large quantities of technical information.
• Advanced IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and be the main point of contact.
