Job summary

THE BLUE BARREL PTE. LTD. seeks an executive EPC leader with over 20 years of experience in major capital projects such as refineries, petrochemicals, LNG, and energy facilities.

The role requires strong boards-level engagement and proven ability to drive multi-billion-dollar EPC programs. Applicants should demonstrate leadership across multinational teams and deep EPC lifecycle expertise, including owner and EPC contractor perspectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, energy, or process plant projects.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with Boards, investors, lenders, government authorities, and joint venture partners.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in EPC, project delivery, or management of major capital projects exceeding USD 20 billion.
• Proven leadership in the delivery of large-scale energy, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Accounted for the EPC lifecycle of a world-scale, multi-billion-dollar petrochemical complex.
• Experience working on both the Owner and EPC Contractor sides would be highly advantageous.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
• Demonstrated track record of leading multinational and multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee megaproject delivery across energy, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, and infrastructure sectors.
• Engage with boards, investors, lenders, government authorities, and JV partners to secure support and alignment.
• Drive EPC lifecycle management for multi-billion-dollar assets, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Foster leadership and coordination of multinational, multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
