GlobalEnvironmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist
As the Global EHSSpecialist, you will play a central role in embedding EHS excellence across adynamic, international manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate with siteleaders, regional teams and group functions to support the implementation ofglobal EHS strategies, strengthen EHS data integrity, identify global trends andpromote a culture of continuous improvement. Supporting the Global Head of Health& Safety is critical in helping to continue our cultural evolution andfurther embed EHS in every aspect of work. Develop standard reports and statistical analysis on incidents and otherKPIs. This role will be critical in developing our identity in "who we are" inall matters of EHS and supporting the creation of a sustainable process todevelop EHS capability throughout the organization.
KeyResponsibilities
Strategy:
Support delivery of Group and ETS EHS strategy through planning and communications, driving engagement and enablement.
Collaborating with regional and site EHS leaders on strategy rollout which may include helping to influence.
Develop supporting resources (e.g. training materials, toolkits, internal campaigns).
Responsible for management of the Group H&S Excellence Framework and it's consistent implementation in ETS.
Data, Reporting & Systems:
Administer EHS platforms (e.g. EcoOnline, SharePoint, One Place).
Lead KPI data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Provide monthly insights to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities.
Maintain data integrity and standardisation across all regions.
Support routine reporting requirements to the ETS Executive Committee and the wider ETS business.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Assist with EHS audits, inspections and compliance tracking.
Responsible for leading and monitoring of an assurance process, monitoring actions and outcomes.
Support incident investigations, including classification, analysis and corrective and preventive action documentation.
Understanding of basic EHS legal requirements as they relate to a global manufacturing business and how to track compliance across multiple sites/regions.
Best Practice & Capability Development
Act as a global connector between sites - promoting knowledge-sharing, benchmarking, and innovation.
Analysis of EHS data and make recommendations for EHS improvements, engaging key stakeholders in their implementation.
Collaborate with the Group EHS Leadership team and ETS sites to ensure efficient and standard reporting data sets.
Cultural Transformation

Support cross-functional events and leadership engagement around EHS.
Relevant Experience & Qualifications
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding across the key sustainability subjects that we will be required to implement from the group strategy that are particularly relevant to the EPS business strategy, including:
NEBOSH National General Certificate, IEMA Foundation Certificate or equivalent.
Experience in EHS in a region, division, or global team.
Experience working across multiple regions or in a matrixed global organisation.
Practical knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems.
Strong data management and reporting skills (Excel, Power Bi, SharePoint).
Proficiency and experience of using third-party EHS software platforms.

Remote or hybrid working model
