Randstad NV is seeking an ambitious Entry level Accountant to support day-to-day bookkeeping and management accounting across a designated portfolio of group entities, gaining hands-on exposure to international financial reporting.

This entry-level role offers practical training in month-end processes, reconciliations, and statutory filings within an international environment, with clear development opportunities and regular feedback.

Formación

• 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in multi-entity or corporate international groups is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily accounting entries and assist with general ledger activities during the month-end close.
• Execute routine bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Contribute to monthly management reports and associated financial documentation.
• Prepare relevant data for regular statutory filings and tax returns, ensuring readiness for senior management review.
• Collaborate with the finance department to organize documentation and schedules required for the annual audit.
