You will handle RFQs, analyse quotations, prepare cost comparisons, enter data into SAP Business One, negotiate terms, raise purchase orders and contribute to procurement reports.

Qualifications

• FMCG experience preferred; transferable skills from other industries accepted.
• Familiarity with INCO terms and Forex exchange rates.
• Experience evaluating suppliers and negotiating favourable terms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs and analyse supplier quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms with vendors.
• Raise and process purchase orders.
• Maintain ERP/SAP data and generate procurement reports.
• Update product catalogs and marketing materials as required.
