We are seeking a Global Engineering Lead - Systems and Tools at Babcock International. The role focuses on governance, development and optimisation of engineering software and tools used across multiple disciplines and sectors, to support defence, aerospace and critical infrastructure programmes.

As Global Engineering Lead - Systems and Tools you'll play a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence across Babcock's international business. This is a unique opportunity to influence how engineering is delivered at scale by leading the development, governance and optimisation of engineering systems, software and tools used across multiple disciplines and sectors. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our engineers have access to the right technologies, processes and best practices to deliver complex solutions that support defence, aerospace and critical infrastructure programmes. This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and can be based at any of our main UK locations. Hybrid working patterns are available.
Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
