As a Digital Engineering Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how major nuclear and defence programmes are delivered through digital innovation. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you'll lead the operational delivery of digital engineering capabilities across a complex project portfolio, ensuring that digital tools, standards, data governance and information management practices create measurable value.
Day-to-day, you'll have an exciting opportunity to influence some of the UK's most critical infrastructure and national security programmes while developing a high-performing digital engineering function. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, project teams, customers and technical specialists to drive efficiency, quality and innovation across the business.
This role is full time 35, hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
